// FAQ — FREQUENTLY ASKED
Operator
questions.
01 Why do you tier by RAM instead of by "plan"? +
Because that's what actually scales. Most servers don't need 12 GB of RAM. You pay for the resources you actually use, not for a "tier" wrapped around features you don't want. If you need more RAM later, you upgrade. If your server stays at 6 GB, you stay at the 6 GB price.
02 Is DDoS protection really included on every plan? +
Yes. Game-tuned mitigation routes traffic for every customer on every tier — including the $9.99 entry plans. We do not sell a "protected" upsell. The wall is the product.
03 What's the difference between compute and game plans? +
Compute plans give you root access to a VPS — install whatever you need. Game plans are managed instances running on Pterodactyl with one-click framework installs and a control panel customers actually want to use. Same hardware underneath, different software stack.
04 Which game frameworks do you support? +
First-class support for FiveM (QBCore, Qbox, ESX), RedM (RSG, VORP), DayZ, Hytale, Minecraft (vanilla + modded), Rust, ARK, Palworld, and Valheim — all with maintained Pterodactyl eggs and game-tuned mitigation. CyberNet is a launch partner. If you don't see your game listed, contact operators — most Linux-capable game servers run out of the box.
05 Where are your data centers? +
Launch regions are Western Europe, Central Europe, and Eastern US. Central US is provisioning for Q3. Additional regions activate as demand justifies infrastructure.
06 Can I upgrade or downgrade? +
Yes. RAM tiers scale up or down on the next billing cycle — game instances can resize at any time. Migrations between regions handled by operator support, typically zero-downtime for game instances.
07 What hardware are you running? +
Current-generation AMD Ryzen processors, ECC memory, and NVMe storage on every tier. Dedicated servers run DDR5 ECC; shared compute and game instances run ECC memory. Every customer gets server-grade ECC — not consumer non-ECC RAM — the difference between tiers is capacity, not memory integrity.
08 What about overselling? How many customers per box? +
Entry tiers (2 GB) use shared resources with healthy oversubscription — appropriate for dev servers and lightweight workloads. Mid tiers (4–8 GB) run at 2:1 oversubscription max. 16 GB+ tiers run dedicated cores with zero CPU oversubscription. We will tell you the density of your box if you ask.
09 What's the refund policy? +
7-day money-back guarantee on all monthly plans. SLA credits issued automatically when uptime drops below the published threshold for your tier.
10 Do you offer affiliate or reseller programs? +
Affiliate program launches alongside general availability. Reseller terms available for established communities — contact operators.
